Yesterday I ran a fantastic Fairy Party for 8 girls who just love to cook (and one brother who joined in)
The Fairies made delicious fairy cakes, fairy bread & pink cookies.. they wore fairy wings & they took their cakes, fairy bread & cookies home in a fairy box with a fairy wand...this party is perfect for all the fairies out there!
If you want to make fairy cakes like these fairies this is how to do it.
Mix together
4oz butter or margarine
6oz caster sugar
6oz self raising flour
2 eggs
drop of Vanilla Extract
Heat the oven to gas mark 4; 180C
place cake mixture in fairy cake cakes in a fairy cake tray and bake for 20 mins.
One the fairy cakes are cool, turn out on a tray and decorate with icing & sprinkles.
